Wow, fucking awesome image. Nice texture overlays, and I like how the image is black and white. The asymetrical balance of thepiece is wonderful too. I also like how the non-infected hand is on his sholder- it compliments the idea of imprisonment alot better because it demonstrates the fact he is the only person experiencing it.
